While we strive to accommodate various body types with our sizing, we currently do not offer custom orders. Please refer to our detailed size charts for each product to find your perfect fit in our dark collections.

Each item comes with specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend hand washing delicate items like harnesses and jewelry, and following garment labels for clothing. Preserve your dark elegance by storing items away from direct sunlight.

You can create an account during checkout. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your dark preferences, and receive updates on new collections that match your unique style.

Orders enter our processing system quickly to ensure swift delivery. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We can only accommodate changes if your order hasn’t begun processing (within 4 hours of placement).

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal to make your dark fashion acquisition as seamless as possible.

Absolutely. We use encrypted payment processing systems to ensure your financial darkness remains protected. We never store your complete payment details on our servers.

Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)

Free Shipping – On orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipping.

We serve our global community of dark fashion lovers across most regions. However, we currently cannot ship to select remote areas and certain Asian regions. Our checkout system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email that allows you to follow your package’s journey through the shadows to your doorstep.

International customers may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping costs.

For events, we recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure your dark elegance arrives in perfect timing, accounting for processing and potential shipping variations.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached. Dark elegance deserves perfection, and we stand by the quality of our curated pieces.

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate items like cage bras and chokers may not be eligible for return unless defective. Please contact us with specific concerns.
