Order Processing

Once you’ve embraced the shadows with your order, our dark artisans will prepare your items with care:

• Processing Time: 1-2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

We offer two paths for your dark fashion to reach your domain:

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES IN THE DARK REALM

Should any item from our dark fashion collection fail to meet your expectations, our return policy ensures your journey remains shrouded in elegance.

The Return Realm

We accept returns within 15 days from the date you receive your dark fashion acquisitions. To be eligible for return, items must:

• Be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
• Be in original packaging with all protective coverings intact
• Include the original invoice or proof of purchase
• Not fall under our non-returnable items (see below)

Exchange Process Through the Darkness

1. Contact Our Shadows: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Complete the Return Form: Use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included
3. Await Our Response: Our dark fashion guardians will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions
4. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and ship to our shadow realm at the address provided
5. Processing: Once received, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days

NON-RETURNABLE DARK ARTIFACTS

To maintain the integrity of our dark fashion empire, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Intimate Apparel: CAGE BRAS & HARNESSES, GARTERS for hygiene reasons
• Personal Care Items: Products from our BATH collection
• Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Any bespoke dark fashion pieces
• Final Sale Items: Clearly marked clearance or sale items
• Damaged Items: Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Refunds to Your Dark Domain

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Shadows

Prefer an exchange? We’ll guide you through selecting an alternative item from our dark collections. If your desired exchange item has a different price:

• We’ll process a refund for the difference if the new item costs less
• You’ll need to pay the difference if the new item costs more

International Return Shadows

For our global dark fashion community outside the United States:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
• We cannot refund original customs duties or import taxes
